I’ve been a Humanist Celebrant since 2015. It is not my primary job, yet I am honored to perform non-religious ceremonies whenever I am available. I have done weddings, funerals, vigils, and vow-renewals. These events are important to those involved and I like to work with the participants to develop a custom ceremony tailored to their needs.
We guide couples through the process of creating a wedding ceremony that is right for them one that they will always remember, reflecting this very special step into their life-long commitment. We also offer memorial services, milestone birthday ceremonies, along with ceremonies to mark any milestone-of-passage in your life.
After serving as a Christian pastor for 20 years, a series of events, failure, self-reflection and study moved me beyond belief in any supernatural deity. I feel more authentic and alive than ever with a passion to help other humanists, atheists, naturalists, agnostics and non-religious experience beautiful and meaningful life-moment celebrations! I draw on two decades of performing weddings, officiating memorials and emceeing ceremonies along with a hopeful naturalist philosophy of life to provide quality, personal, and meaningful alternatives to religious ceremonies.
